Thanks for your helpful letter dated 1st September 2005 in response to
my previous email requesting information about PIMS under the Freedom
of Information Act 2000.

I'd be grateful if you could provide the following additional information:

- A document describing the technical requirements or specification of
  the software to be developed under the PIMS contract between the
  House and Morse Group Ltd (now known as Diagonal).  This could be
  a statement of requirements of the software, a tender specification
  document, or similar.

Do not hesistate to contact me if it isn't clear what I want in the
above.
