Hide browser information
This hides header fields which would otherwise reveal information
about you to the web site. You can hide all the fields, or hide some
selectively:
- User-agent: Which browser is being used.
- UA-*: Information added by IE3, including the screen resolution. Not added by IE4,
and not documented in RFC 2068.
- Referer: This is the page containing the link which was selected to get to the
currently loading page.
- From: The email address of the user. Most browsers don't send this anyway.
This option can sometimes cause difficulty with certain web sites. This is because they
object to not being given browser information. See
troubleshooting for more information.
